Here is a cobblestone made using joint compound and a 1/4 square profile.
after apply the joint compound wait a little bit for dry and start to punch with the jig on the joint compound. then paint it.

where can I get a jig to do the same

Rick!
the "Jig" is just a 1/4" square brass profile sold in LHS under K&S brand.
Now I am working in a different Jig to make it a little faster. If you want I can do one for you.

vector cut and handmade cobblestone is a very good combination.
