My Resin Cast Hi-Cube Box Cars
Hello , here are some of the hy-cubes I produce . There are 188 parts for an 8 door version of which only the trucks and couplers , and brake wheel are store bought . It takes about 45 hrs to completely make one from pouring the molds to paint and weathering . I have currently built 31 for fellow O scale modellers in 2 or 3 rail. Roads are ATSF , Frisco , PC , N&W , UP , AnnArbor , DT&I , C&O , B&O , NYC , PRR , SP ,Rock Island .
I have more on my other computer , at some point I will have a blog on building these photo by photo .
