Thank you John!
is made in brass. two solid blocks get drilled together and taped to tight using a 00-90 screw.
after you tight the screw you drill another one using 1/32 bit for the guide.
after that, using different file type you start to shape. Using a 1/32 brass wire you made the guide soldering it to the movable part.
Honestly I made stuff for fun so, most the time I don't take process pictures, but basically is file work.
