Here are pics of my first time ever casting parts. I took the advice of a member on the OGR forum about a copmpany called Smooth-On. They are not far from where I live, which saves on shipping. When I talked to one of the techs there and told him what I wanted to do he recomended their Mold-Star 15 and Task4 for the resin. The Task4 is meant for thin parts like mullions in a window. This was all I needed and nothing else. Not even a release agent. This was very helpful beening this was the first time I ever did this and I think they came out pretty well. Plus for both things I spent less than $60. I made four molds with 2 windows each to help out with the amouint of windows I have to make. So here is the start of it.
