Have you ever seen something not train related at all but it really catches your eye and you say to yourself, "There must be a way I can use that with my trains". A couple years ago I came across some posters made by the greeting card co. Leanin Tree.
I don't have a layout to use anything on yet, So I thought I'd try them as a photo backdrop, here are a couple.
So now expanding on my idea, I decided to try and create a stage or movie set. The critreia is that it has to be very portable easy to set up and take down. Why ? because I'm using the kitchen floor and it has to be gone before wife gets home from work.
**NOTE the tunnel entrance is scrap from the kitchen floor.
This is what the back side looks like, I just cut short peices of 2"x 4" for track supports.
Overall this was a fun project, I got some cool videos and most of all it feed my train fix for the day.
