Looks like it might be this car. It is privately owned by some cat named Bennet. He also ownes the last car and the E8s. The car you have pictured is a dining car I believe. The last car has a full dining room, three private rooms and an observation lounge in the rear. I was told it carried Bobby Kennedys body. Both cars are fully restored and BEAUTIFUL!
This train was at Railfest in Altoona PA this year.
