This is a slightly compressed scale model of the Meridian MS city hall. Stu Gralnik from Model Building Services built the model after Allen Goethe from Twin Whistle did the CAD drawings and laser cutting.

Very nice Stu. I'd love to learn more about how you did the finials and other details along the top of the building. Are those also laser-cut?

All of the parts were laser cut by Allen Goethe of Twin Whistle. even the column
master started out laser cut. the nice thing about our 3 projects so far is all of the methods he has developed. Allen also makes scale models of fire stations from all over the country for fire truck collectors. You can see more of his work at https://www.facebook.com/twinwhistle

Thanks Stu, that is really interesting, I think at some point - when I have more time, I need to see if Twin Whistle can make a few things for me. That's really nice work.
