Some of our products are noted as "Made to Order". This means that we do not keep a stocked supply of these items.
If you purchase a "Made to Order" product, we then proceed to work with our suppliers and production partners to
create the item(s). This process can take a few weeks, as it may involve getting a plastics supplier to ship material
to our lasercutting partner, then waiting for the lasercutters to ship to us so that we can then ship to you. In some
cases, if you prefer, we can save you both time & money by asking our lasercutters to ship directly to you. If you prefer
this, please contact us and we will make these arrangements if possible.
Made to Order products are usually low-volume, more expensive items, making it unnecessarily risky for us to keep a stocked supply of them. We apologize for the inconvenience. |
