I wanted to run a easy to use multi-level layout. The area highlighted in gray is O27 track. This plan allows for 4 trains, and a trolly. The possibly of adding a second train on the main loop is possible with the addition of a three block system on the loop.

Any comments or suggestion would be great to hear.

Pretty good, if you ask me. You might extend that downward spur with another one or two tracks to form a small yard for train storage, but that would come at the expense of real estate for scenery & buildings.

There's a lot of action in a small space there, I like it.

I agree with John Boy. You could get three short lines on that spur for a engine house or train station. Like the plan

I did modify the plan to include and extra line, however the control panel may go there or scenery. Only time will tell, but thank you for the input.
